Hush
What is kept when you confide, what is done with it, and who can see it. Written to be exact rather than soothing.
What is kept
- The account: email, first name, birth date, gender, a hashed form of the password and anything you put under your keepsake.
- The chats themselves, secrets typed into the vault included (they are ordinary messages), plus the brief notes every keeper holds on you.
- Two cookies: your session is held by one, and the other records that the adult gate was passed.
- Payment records: sum and transfer reference only. We do not accept cards, so no card detail reaches us.
- Standard server logs, wiped after a short time.
Who reads it
A language model reads each message to write the reply, either on equipment we run or at a supplier bound to that one task. An automatic safety screen reads it too. Other visitors never see it, it is not sold, and no advertiser has access.
What 'sealed' means
It is a gesture on the page, not a form of encryption. A sealed secret is stored like any message and can be exported or cleared from the chat menu at any time.
Counting visitors
A plain counter reports how many people came and roughly from which country. What you type is invisible to it.
Your rights
Every chat has controls for the keeper's notes, for exporting and for clearing. Closing the whole account takes a message from the address it was made with. If your country's law grants more rights, they apply on request.
